For over twenty years I worked in consulting, institutional investing and leadership environments where performance was expected and pressure was normalised. After experiencing burnout myself, I became interested in how leaders sustain performance without losing connection to themselves.
Today, through EverVenture Consulting, I help leaders and organisations build leadership capacity in the AI era through leadership development, nervous system regulation, pattern work and organisational transformation.

Over 20 years across institutional private equity, consulting and investment governance. As due diligence lead, allocated $100M+ in capital and oversaw a $500M+ portfolio of PE/VC primary, secondary and co-investment transactions.

The Psychology Behind the Work
Elena trained as an organizational psychologist following her own burnout in 2023. On every metric things were fine but together they led to burnout.
She is also trained in IFS and Somatic Experiencing-informed methods, and had been applying them since 2024. A formal IFS certification expected in December 2026.
Her original research tracked autonomic nervous system reactivity and burnout across 156 leaders carrying substantial workloads. The finding was blunt: effort and talent didn't predict who broke down. Nervous system capacity did. Leadership capacity is physiological.
